PTCL evo Introduces FUP. Low Speed Reason.

PTCL has again surprised its users by introducing fair usage policy.On day pass package you get only 1GB/day. It is not enough. Most of the users used that package. Because other packages of evo are very expensive. When you have consumed your assigned limit. You will get very less speed like 3-16 Kbps. If you are willing to buy evo think twice because now you are limited to only 1Gb/day.below is the video of evo before and after reaching maximum limit.

You can easily tell the difference. I think PTCL should lift its FUP. Because its service is not so good and now you are limiting people to only 1GB/day. I think it is not right.

We need Self Care Portal for PTCL EVO

Today I am gonna tell why we need self care portal for evo. Its prety simple everyone wants to see his account details under single page. Wateen lauchned its portal for the sake of its users. User can get every information about their account i.e ownership details,activation details etc .

 Many dealers activates devices even beafor anyone buys them. They do so beacause of huge bonuses given by PTCL to dealers who sell required amount of devices. These dealer then sell these devive to thier customers even in same price or less.
   When someone tries to change one's packages they hear that this device is even not on their name. So PTCL should provide theone stop solution by building selfcare portal. If yuo want to get information about your evo device you have to call to 1218 or other helpline. I am sure no one wants that.
